and here is the recipe I was looking for to make Italian style meatballs for soup...
after adding all ingredients... here are the meatballs...
while meatballs browned on the stove...
vegetables were cleaned and cut...
and meatballs were added at the ended... PERFECTO for dinner served along with crusty Italian bread and red wine! Grazie to the OLD illustrated Italian cookbook!
crushed tomatoes and chicken stalk with sliced garlic...
then all are added to the pot...
